今日は一日の多くを勉強に費やすことが出来た。

午前中は8時に勉強を始めることが出来て、スティーブジョブズのスピーチを聞いたり、その中で出てきた単語を覚えたりした。

In morning, i started an 8am.

I listened a speech of Steve Jobs, and rememberd some words in it.

In the morning, I was able to start studying at 8am, and listend to Steve Jobs's speech and memorized the words that were mentioned in it.

読解力の上達にもつながるし、何よりリスニング力を上げるのにとても役に立つと思う。

this will enables me to improve reading skill, and in addition this is really helpful for listening, i think.

I think it will help me improve my reading comprehension and most importantly, it will help me improve my listening skills.

明日はオバマのスピーチか、TEDのテクノロジーに関係するスピーチから学ぼうと思っている。

ill learn from other speech form Obama in Youtube or related to technology in TED.

Tomorrow, I'm going to learn from Obama's speech or TED's speech on technology.

ただ15分だけ昼寝をしようと思っていたところ、2時間も寝てしまったことは本当に公開している。

im so regeretable of sleeping 2 hours even though i planned to nap for only 15minutes...

The only thing I really regret is that I slept for 2 hours even though I was planning to take a 15-minute nap.

あ、明日の午後は中国の新年を祝うパーティに行く予定だったんだ。

now i remember that i have a party which celebrate for the new year in china tomorrow.

Oh, and I'm supposed to go to a party tomorrow afternoon to celebrate the Chinese New Year.

なるべく勉強に時間を費やしたいところだけど、新しい友達も大事にしたいから、楽しんで参加してくるよ。

i actually want to spend time for studying, but i also want to cherish the meeting to new friends, so ill enjoy it.

I'd like to spend as much time as possible studying, but also I want to meet new friends, so I'm going to enjoy myself and join the party.

ジュリアからはまだ詳細な連絡が来ていないけど忘れてるのかな。

by the way, i havent had a message from julia, i suppose she forgot to contact me.

I haven't heard any details from Julia yet, I guess she forgot.

そうそう、他には今日初めてCROUSのLAVRIEを使おうと思ったんだ。でも残念なことに何かエラーが発生していて洗濯機は使えなかった。

I have another thing what i want to tell you. 

i tried to une the LAVRIE at CROUS for the first time because i could get my student card. 

but unfortunetely, some error had occured and the washing machine hadnt worked.

Oh yeah, in other news, I tried to use CROUS LAVRIE for the first time today, but unfortunetely there was some kind of error and I couldn't use the washing machine.

外部のコインランドリーを使うにはお金を2倍くらい払わなければいけないし、早く直ってほしいなあ。

if i use a washing machine at outside, i need to pay money 2 times as here, so i hope the machine get to be used soon.

I have to pay twice as much to use the outside laundromat, so I hope they fix it soon.

でもいいこともあった。

though i couldnt use the washing machine, i had a nice exoerience in the room.

But there was a good thing.

その場にいたアフリカ系の人と話すことが出来たんだ。

i could chat with an african.

I was able to talk to an African man who was there.

French contryから来た？の住人？って言っていたんだけど、これはフランスのことなのかな？途中聞き取れない部分もあったんだけど、ルワンダから来たんだ～みたいなことも言っていたような気がする。。。

he might say he came from french country. does it mean that he is french poeple?

and i couldnt partly understand what he said, he would say his nationality is ruwanda.

He might say like "I'm from French country". I wonder if he was talking about French. I couldn't understand some parts during the conversation, but I think he said something like "I'm from Rwanda or Uganda".

とにかくリスニングを上達させて、もっとたくさんの人とコミュニケーションを取りたい！

anyway, in order to communicate with much more people, i hope to improve listening ability!
